Equally important is Kirsty’s commitment to setting and executing the strategic direction of the firm, ensuring it evolves to better meet the needs of clients.
Kirsty brings a wealth of experience from various industries, including Telecommunications, Hospitality, and Utilities plus an extended period working in the UK which broadens her perspective. This diverse background enables Kirsty to challenge the status quo, continually seeking innovative ways to improve the firm’s services and outcomes.
Kirsty believes that effective leadership is built on the strength of the team.
